Post your logfile. you gave 0 details and there are no universal magic settings that everyone is fine with other than 720@30fps 2000 bitrate.

Step 0. First you try something.
Step 1. Then you think about whether the game you were playing seemed laggy or not.
Step 2. Then you look at the OBS log file and see if OBS had good or bad performance.
Step 3. Then you look at the video you just made to see if it looks and sounds good or bad.
Step 4. Then you make adjustments to the OBS settings to resolve any issues seen in Steps 1 through 3.
Step 5. Then you go back to Step 0.
