Question / Help [How good] is my computer for streaming?

Hello. I recently got a new computer and I am trying to get OBS to work for streaming. I want to stream only on Twitch.tv. I want to stream World of Warcraft.
Here are my specs:

Procesor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40GHz
Ram: 8,00 GB (RAM)
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GTX 660
Net: 100/10

I got it setup, but the picture is very pixel:ish and sometimes it freeze/buffer. I want to max my stream, without the lags/pixel.
Would appreciate any help, and explain it like I am 5. Im very new to this.

You can easily increase(decrease) cpu preset to Faster or even Fast when playing WoW. That'd give you some extra eyecandy I guess.
