5 generation old CPU but new GPU with NVENC for encode offload. shall be interesting to see how it works for you, depending on other CPU loads
Your log is missing the critical Recording/Streaming session info, so limited analysis possible. But you've avoided CPU hogging filters and effects, so good chance if your OBS settings make full use of NVENC, that you will be fine (depending on other app GPU usage)
