Question / Help How does a youtube video show up after donating?

Hey, I've seen one of my favorite streamers allow you to donate so a video can pop up, is it possible anyone could help me? Maybe there's an OBS plugin or?

I believe TwitchAlerts has this as a donation option, "media sharing" or something like that.
I don't use it, as including others' content in a livestream without permission is copyright infringement. Even if it's a public video on YouTube.

Actually I already knew about that, or else I wouldn't of asked.
