Question / Help How do you record with higher resolution?

Well, My screen resolution is 1366 x 768. And my game resolution is set on 800 x 600, I can't set it on the highest cuz i'll just get a bad FPS. But while im playing the game and recording with OBS, It records only 800 x 600 and rest is black screen or just my desktop. So any solutions for that?
And also, Is there any way i can just get a video of my gameplay in last 5mins?

@Suslik V Do you know any way i can increase the recording quality without affecting my FPS? And especially my GPU.

Use hw encoder if any.
