How do you make device names unique when you have two devices of the same type?

I have 2 x LiNKFOR Capture Card 4K HDMI devices. Which both displays as the same device name in OBS, they both work at the same time but it takes some fiddling each time as the saved scenes gets confused and I have to manually swap devise properties around each time to get the scene working as saved.

I have the same problem with 2 SDI to USB devices. They both show up with the same Device name. Is there any reslution to this issue?
