Question / Help How do you know when it's you and not them

When ever some one comes in complaining about buffering or something Is there any way to tell whether or not it's definitely you or them?

dropped frames in the OBS interface.

If you have no dropped frames, it's their route to the twitch viewer servers causing the problem.
