Question / Help How do you enable quick sync?

I've been having an issue where my games slow down while I'm streaming. I have been told to try turning on quick sync but I can't figure out how to enable it, the option is grayed out in the advanced settings tab. any help would be greatly appreciated

You must unlock that in your bios/uefi setup.

Especially the mainboard has to support it. The CPU alone is not enough.
Under Windows 7 you also need to fake connect a monitor to the Intel GPU to activate it.
Under Win8 you should be able to use quicksync without this.
