How do I unsubscribe?

My account settings aren't set to watch any threads or anything and yet my email box is being flooded with OBS messages and this is irritating me. How do I unsubscribe?

How do I unsubscribe? I want to unsubscribe with this username as I can't change it but
nowhere can I find an unsubscribe button in my user settings

I don't have check-marks for receiving emails or subscriptions to threads, yet I'm being bombarded with emails.
