Question / Help How do I stream in different settings

I have a pretty big Russian following when I stream and unfortuntely most of them do not have a good internet connection and they asked me if I could make a different streaming options (1080p, 720p, 360p, 240p)

I have a quick question if it is possible to do so with OBS, and where do I activate it. I looked it up on twich and did not see any options there.

that option can be provided to you by twitch if they accept you as a partner. otherwise you need 2 channels to stream 2 qualities at once running 2 obs process or using a live transcoding service provider like hyperstreamlive with a server.

If you just mean text that scrolls by sideways, you just add a text source and adjust the "Scroll Speed" option.
