How do I set the media to automatically monitor and output when opening, instead of having to open advanced audio properties?

I am using OBS with VirtualCam and I want the imported audio to automatically enable the monitor and output setting when I add it to a scene, instead of having to open advanced audio settings, select the clip and select monitor and output. Is there any way to set this in the settings or are there any plugins that will do this? Thank you.
