How do I set the defaults for video clips to play on my MacBook?

Hi
I'm using a MacBook Pro and access Microsoft applications via Parallels software.

When I record a video and try and replay, my laptop opens Parallels and launches the Windows video player - is there a setting I can apply so that my default player is on the MAC side of my computer?
