Question / Help How do I separate my audio channels from my MP4 into separate MP3s

I want to do some video editing, and I have put the audio tracks into 3 channels, Channel 1 is a full mix of the next 3, channel 2 is my game capture input, channel 3 is my mic input, and channel 4 is my desktop audio.

I want to remove the desktop audio which had sound board type stuff in it, so that I can just have the mic and game audio. In VLC media player, I can change the tracks to any of the last 3 channels and I can hear the different ones solo so I know they are separate in the video file.

Is there a program that would allow me to get those separated from my video file? The program im using for editing is Wondershare Filmora which sadly doesn't allow me to mute individual channels like a lot of the Adobe Premiere videos I have seen on the topic while googling the answer to this.

P.S. First Post, I looked around the forums, but I didn't see like a general discussion thread, so I'm posting here even though this isn't exactly an OBS question. If there is something like a general question or discussion board something like this should be posted in please point me in the right direction and I'll make sure to post there in the future.
