How do I send an NDI source from a Mac to a windows running OBS?

More specifically, what I am trying to do is send the Mac's second monitor signal as an NDI source for the windows PC running OBS to receive and display live. How would I go about doing this? (Preferably avoiding using OBS on the Mac too if possible)

I'm aware of how to receive an NDI signal on the windows computer through the NDI plugin, however my biggest inquiry revolves around how exactly I am supposed to send the Mac's second monitor signal over NDI for the windows computer to receive.

Also, given this setup, what Ethernet cable(s) do I need to be able to hook up my Mac , my windows, and my router together to ensure the best possible connection? I am CLUELESS in this respect...
