Turns out you guys are wrong. On the main page under the video you just click on sources and select the new cam. You don't have to go through auto config!!!!!!!!!!
Glad you got it figured out! Not sure anyone was telling you to run the autoconfig though. While that
is the first step in the quickstart guide, the third step includes how to add a camera source. Gotta read the whole thing, to find the applicable part sometimes.
The rest of the folks were trying to point you at your existing Camera Source's
Properties, which you can get to by right-clicking the existing video capture device source in the Sources list and choosing 'Properties'. You can choose which camera the Source is connected to, without having to run two video capture device sources by adding a second one.
Do watch through the Nerd or Die video tutorial series; it'll cover the basics of how to use OBS in detail, and get you a foundational knowledge of how to use the program. :)
