How Do I Record Roblox Gameplay on Microsoft Surface Pro 7

I have a Surface Pro 7 with a Intel Core i5 10th Gen and 8gb Of Ram and I record at OBS's default settings with Hardware(QSV) and my recording is very laggy
Is there anyone who knows the settings for this Computer. I bought this 1 Year Ago for $1,000 and it is garbage for OBS Recording.

What is your CPU rate? OBS and Roblox takes a bunch of CPU. 8 GB of ram running both.

I don't know what that means but Roblox and OBS takes up 30% of CPU. I think it is a problem with my encoder

Using the OBS log analyzer gives the following output. Please look at it and if possible address the issues it raises. If you are still having problems afterwards post another log with at least 30-60 seconds of streaming or recording whichever you are trying to do..
