Question / Help How do I record fullscreen?

Whenever I see people record on OBS, their recording box is a rectangle. Mine is a square. First and foremost, how do I change that? secondly, when I make the screen fit completely then go into fullscreen, it is in only a small square and does not cover the whole screen. How do I change this?

I just changed the aspect ratio to 16;9 and it still is in widescreen....

I somehow fixed it now, but thank you Sapiens! I just ran into another problem though. When I stream there is a black screen...
