Question / Help How do I record at 60 FPS with a bad laptop?

I have been trying to record videos with 60 FPS but if I do that then it will make the video super short and cut 95% of the recording however if I record at 30 FPS it won't shorten it.

I feel as if my settings are wrong or its my laptop it's self
