Question / Help How do I put an .avi or .mp4 in a scene?

I want to use a .mp4 or .avi file as a source, but I do not know how. None of the options let me choose moving graphics. How can this be done?

A workaround is to run the videos in vlc or a similar playback tool and software capture the inner window of the tool.
