How do I make webcam full screen and then hotkey so it is back to a small size?

I'm trying to make my webcam go full screen by hitting F1, and then hit F2 and have it be a small screen.

So when I am playing a game and recording a small window of myself, I can switch with F1 to full screen to explain something and then hit F2 and go back to the game and me being small.

If I Create 3 Scenes
Scene 1 - Full Screen Window
Scene 2 - Playing Game + Small Webcam of myself
Scene 3 - No webcam, just a black scene

If I switch to Scene 1, then goto Scene 2, I never get the webcam to show up
but if I switch to Scene 3 and wait like 5 seconds then switch to Scene 2, I get myself full screen.

Why do I have to wait? Or is there something I am doing wrong.

Go into the properties of the web cam in OBS make sure you have "deactivate when not showing" UNCHECKED... there then shouldn't be a delay when switching scenes. Might help. might not.

I tried that, it doesn't help.
Only way is to wait a few seconds for it to video part to disappear under the mixer area.

It take some time to go from showing on your first scene to showing on your other scene.
If you don't make a new webcam for the other scene but just use the same and resize/replacer it there should be no delay at all.
