Question / Help How do I make the game full size??? PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Hello, so I recently got OBS to record Minecraft and have been having troubles with it. Whenever I record Minecraft, the recording screen looked blurry but I fixed it. But the main thing now is getting the gameplay to fit inside the screen without making it blurry again! PLEASE, SOMEBODY, HELP!!
