I have just switched back to OBS and have found that every stream has had major lag at various points. I reduced my bitrate to 3000 and it is still doing it so tried looking at my logs to see what the issue could be.
This is what came up:
How do I figure out which sources are causing the issue? Is it just a case of trial and error?
