Question / Help How do I get to stream without black borders ?

I'm a cs:go content creator and want to stream my matches but when i start streaming it goes with black borders . My resolutions in game 1440 x 900 and in Obs 1920 x 1080 . Can you guys help me ? I have gtx 960 4gb vram 128 bit can you help with the quality too ?
 
You're playing a game that's operating at 16:10 on a canvas that's 16:9.

You can't get rid of borders without putting in filler images.
 
So if i play on a 16:9 ratio it's gonna be without borders? My monitor doesn't support hd 1920x1080 resolution so I can't go in that way.
 
that would end up with less black borders on people who watch at 1920x1080 or other similar aspect ratios.
