How do I get mic outputting during stream with out monitoring during stream?

When recording it's fine, I can setting the microphone to now have me hear myself while speaking and the microphone will output audio, but when streaming if I don't have monitoring on it will not output any audio from the microphone. Any setting for streaming to have output on, but monitoring off? I also have a GoXLR, not sure if I have the wrong setting one or what the right settings would be.

Turns out I didn't realize you had to but all of the audios sources to the same one track for streaming.
