it's a high action game so it's a little hard to get quality out of.
try this.
3488 bitrate 10464 bufsize aac 96
i will be checking your stream.

I'm totally confused what do you mean it didn't help ? you accidentally entered 33488 max rate your stream was running at around 6 mbps with no lag and yet you didn't drop any frames ?

i know then i ran another stream with the settings u said and the quality was the same to me
your stream is limited by the crf(quality setting) when it's not by the maxrate. try quality 10 with the settings i've suggested before.

i dropped massive frames with those settings
well you're running two streams on two different connections. so you probably want to keep lowering the quality until you find whats not gonna cause you to drop frames. on each one.

yeah i did that and on pc one its 3200 i hjavnt done it for the second one. does that mean thats just he best quality i can get and thats it?

you might get away with the "faster" preset on the 3570 cpu but i don't recommend it and it won't really worth it unless you overclock.
