How do I fix the "Encoder Overloaded!" thing at the bottom of my screen?

Whenever I check on OBS while recording I see this pop up, and recently I've found that my recordings are super laggy. I mean like .3 frames per second.
Here are the logs:
My current encoder is set to x264, the only other options are SVT-AV1 and AOM AV1
I'm new to this sort of thing and have no idea what to do.
Specs:
AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 3.10 GHz
8 GB Ram
No GPU (might be the issue)
It's also a laptop so I don't know the rest of the specs other then what windows is telling me.

This is a very low performance CPU. It's not strong enough to do any meaningful live recording. You can try x264 as encoder with a resolution with perhaps 640x360 and below and a fps of 15 and below, but don't expect miracles.
