Question / Help how do i downgrade

the performance isn't good on my pc and i wanna see if downgrading helps. ive reinstalled the program and my settings and nothing will work

This wouldn't probably help. You downgrade only, if you have an identified and known issue after an upgrade. But downgrading just because you think it might help some performance problem you encounter is most certainly in vain. Analyzing and finding the cause of that the performance issue in the first place is the way to go.

i found the first issue
240 FPS
that without "gaming" and other stuff alone near the limits post a log with record include and what you try to record

Turn off Psycho Visual Tuning and Look Ahead. You're encountering encoding lag, and both of these options require extra GPU resources on top of the standard nvenc encoder to achieve this.

this is necro as an mf, but i'd actually like to downgrade my OBS because i want to use NDI for a two-PC stream setup, and the plugin hasn't been updated yet

my question is not just how to do it, but with this particular version, will i have to rebuild my scenes?
