How do I do picture-in-picture?

Just add two sources to the same scene. The one above on the sources list will cover the one below. Then resize the upper one down by clicking it and dragging the corner handles so the one below is visible around it.
I would highly recommend also watching through the Nerd or Die OBS tutorial video series. It covers basic operation, as well as most of the more common options and use-cases:

Looked at the series. It is so old that I wonder whether it even applies to OBS 28?
