Question / Help How do I convert the .MKV video file that OBS captures into other formats like avi, mpg, etc

I captured some video with OBS but I don't know what to do with it since .MKV is not used anywhere that I know about.

The File menu has an item "remux" that you use to convert to mp4 or avi.
