How do I completely uninstall OBS from os x

Couldn't get OBS to recognise my Firestick so deleted app and reinstalled but new install remembers settings from before so its not a clean uninstall. Appreciate any help to completely remove OBS so I can start again.

Still playing around with this. If I set up the source as the Macbook's camera then I still have no input.
Another interesting thing, after reinstall OBS is not showing in my list of Installed Applications.

Solved issue of OBS not showing output from Video Capture device - I'm on a Macbook so needed to grant access to Camera for OBS, all good now. Still have issue of after reinstall OBS is not showing in my list of Installed Applications, if anyone has any ideas.
