My computer stats are as follows:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Processor: AMD Black Edition FX‑8350 4 GHz 8‑Core Processor
CPU Cooling: Stock
SDD: Samsung 840 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
Power Supply: Coolmax ZU Series ZU-800B 800W Power Supply - 140mm Fan, 80PLUS Bronze
Case: DIYPC Skyline-07-R Black SECC ATX Full Tower

I am also using 4 monitors on my computer.
What should I upgrade to stream faster and in higher quality?

CPU go with an Intel i7 for more rendering power (slower preset in OBS).
GPU only if you dont get enough FPS ingame.
Upgrading to Intel means - another Board, DDR4 RAM (if you go with X99 or Z170) and a better cooling since the top CPUs from Intel dont even have a stock cooler anymore :D
PSU is OK, if older than 4 years - maybe wanna change to something safer like Be Quiet! DPP 10 or 11
Case: no idea, too lazy too google it. If it fits - keep it, if things are too hot - change it or upgrade it.
SSD is fine for the next 3-5 years.

Going with Intel will cost you a lot.
You can also wait for Zen and Broadwell-E CPUs coming this year, that may change the whole CPU market.. Or leave it where it is, just adding more expensive things :P

Or maybe not get the new PSU since it;s only 3 years old

If you go with a Z97 board (designed for overclocking) then you should go with a 4790K instead of just 4790.
Same goes for the cooler - if you want OC, get a fat twin tower cooler. If not - still get it, because the stock cooler is loud as hell, ugly and cant barely keep the temperature limit in the summer.

Instead, I could get this bundle http://www.amazon.com/Intel-I7-6700...451828981&sr=8-4&keywords=Intel+i7+eight+core

I usually look on new egg and tiger direct, find what I want, and buy the parts on Amazon for the prime shipping :P

So how about this for RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz (PC4-21300)

32gb is too much if you dont do really heavy rendering etc. 8GB are fine for most games, 16gb are enough for almost everything. Also 2 sticks are enough on Z170.

Don't go cheap on poor quality power supply unit.
A google search of this power supply and I found that this power supply newegg reviews are almost half negative.

How about this:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 Processor - BX80646I74790
Looking at specs, intel (TDP: 85 watt) and NVidia (175 watts), They both will for sure use less then 600 watts at full load.

Not the best PSU (80+Gold with 550-650W would be enough for that build).
The Hyper 212 EVO is OK to cool the CPU at stock, but dont try heavy OC with that - you will cook your CPU^^
Everything else looks good.
If your case fans are too loud - set them to 7V or lower the RPM (if connected via PWM) to reduce the noise, the evo should be quiet.
