Question / Help How can i stream using a pc and a laptop at the same time ?

Hi , i'm new to streaming and i own a laptop and a pc .

Laptop , macbook air 13" mid 2013 :
core i5
intel HD5000
ram 4GB DDR3
OS X 10.9.X

PC :
CPU i5 4670
GPU Gforce GTX-770 OC
ram 8GB 1600
1080p LG IPS monitor

i would like to stream Hearthstone on Twitch.tv and i want to use my laptop's webcam and mic and use my pc for gaming and possibly streaming . I dont wanna put any money into this as i'm not sure how long am i gonna do this , Can i do it without buying any capture cards , headsets or webcams ? :P

The only easy way i can think of is using Skype or something on your laptop and desktop.
And capture skype op your desktop.

I guess it basicly requires 2 skype accounts (to skype to yourself) and capture that skype window on your desktop.
Other than that i dont know any easy way without buying anything.
It's not the best solution and i can imagine you will get sound desync issues.
