Question / Help How can I stream my security cam(capture device) over http port 8080?

Hello, I would like to use OBS to stream my security camera video feed (captured on my computer with an EasyCAP device) over http to port 8080. Is there a way to do this? Basically I want to use it as an alternative to VLC(which is giving me choppiness issues when I stream more than 1 video feed). I would like to be able to open my camera stream on other computers by opening a network stream such as http://myipaddress:8080. I don't see in OBS Broadcast Settings how I can set up a custom live stream using http protocol. Any help is appreciated.

OBS does not act as a server, only an RTMP client. VLC should be most suited to do this.

Thank you for your quick reply R1CH! As I have 2 security cameras, I would like to stream both (one on port 8080 and the other on port 8081), but for some unknown reason VLC does not like being open twice and streaming twice (becomes very choppy, cuts out computer audio). I think it just doesn't like the EasyCAPs but I have no idea why it's happening. Can you recommend any alternative for me to stream multiple video streams over http to different ports? Thank you
