How can I record audio tracks separately while still having both go through on a VOD, and how can I hide a game capture separately from the main rec?

I'm trying to stream to Twitch and my only issue at the moment is that audio tracks can't be separated without cutting out either my mic or the game audio during the stream, and only one goes through when the stream ends and turns into a VOD from Twitch. I also don't want the PNG I use to be overlayed the entire time, just when I'm streaming so I can have what is effectively a raw recording containing no Twitch alerts or PNG so I can edit the video later. Currently I'm using the win-capture-audio plugin by bozbez, mic is set to tracks 1 and 2, application audio is track 1, in 'output streaming' both audio track and VOD track are 1, under 'recording' audio tracks are 1 and 2. For the PNG I'm using Veadotube and it's capture is set to 'specific window' and is on top all other capture sources.
