Question / Help How can I play on my stream 4:3 ?

I want to play a 4:3 but in have blackbars on my left and on my right. What can I do?

Their Stream is 16:9 and the CS:GO is in same weird resolution and then stretched without maintaining aspect ratio to the Stream. This is the worst example I can think of. It just looks wrong.

stick a nice picture in the background or fill the sides with something; get creative with it
