Hi, I need some help with stream settings. When my friend's watch my stream they all say it sometimes freezes and is choppy.I don't know what to fix.Here are the logs https://gist.github.com/anonymous/9de4a988c54b1b9eb168. I'm trying to stream league of legends and I have a 2.3 mb upload speed. I'm pretty sure that's enough to handle streaming. Thanks!!

Fast preset selected, why exactly? On your cpu I would recommend to stay on very fast and test with that.
You can probably then increase the fps to 30 which might look a tiny bit smoother. Keep an eye on your CPU usage, if you still have a lot of free room left, even while a big fight is running in LoL, you could increase the fps even further.
In the Log you did not test streaming yet, 1800 could be a bit too much for 2300 upload speed. If you have problems with lag or dropped frames, try lowering the bitrate to 1500 or even a bit further. To increase the quality then slightly, you could downscale the resolution a bit more.
