How can I load in a new script I want to share?

Hi, I don't see a way to click anywhere to load in a new script to share. Looking up things, it said I should have a button to click on to add my script, but I'm not seeing that button anywhere to add my new script.
I have a video I was going to put out showing how to use the script and then I wanted to link to the script so people could download it for free and use it.
I'm a Mac user using the Safari browser.
