Question / Help How can I increase my stream quality?

Hi,

I'm streaming CS:GO.
I'm trying to increase my stream quality and testing different options but nothing seem to actually increase the quality.
The only log error I receive is:
Possible slow server

The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-cdg.justin.tv/app) took 787 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.

I also tried different servers.

PC Information:
CPU i5 2500K 3.30GHz
Graphic Card GeForce GTX 570
RAM 8 GB

Download Speed: 40 MB
Upload speed: 4 MB

Current OBS Settings:

Please let me know if there are any settings I should change.
Will higher upload speed may help?

Increase your bitrate/decrease your streaming resolution/increase the preset for better compression.

Decrease my streaming resolution you mean the downscale or my actual in-game res ?

In-game res would be game or desktop resolution.
Streaming resolution is clearly in OBS :) and yes, downscale is the best solution.
