Hey everyone, thank you for reading! First off, let's provide some background information.

My upload speed is 2.1 Mb/s, and I stream in 720p. Which settings would provide me the best quality for my viewers?

Only way to improve quality in your case is by getting a better internet connection unfortunately. You have pretty much slightly less than the bare minimum required for good quality 720p.
