Question / Help How can I improve the quality from here?

Hello everyone ,

I started streaming recently and I'd like to ask how I can improve my quality on csgo stream and other games

my pc specs:
i7 6700k
gtx 1070
16gb

my upload speed is roughly 3~3.4mb

my obs settings are

cbr checked
2200 bitrate

running at custom resolution of 1280x720 60fps no downscale (native screen is 1920x1080)

preset veryfast

heres is an example of a csgo stream , my res ingame is 1280x1024 , and i've stretched the stream

i can see its not that clear like other streamers , what can i do to improve?

if i missed anything please let me know

Playing around with Filters and testing Presets should help you out, you have to judge if going to a Preset like faster or fast is affecting your ingame Performance because it will

Since you are posting in OBS Classic Forum I assume you are using OBS Classic as well.

You go into Settings->Video->Filter though this is only available if you are downscaling which in my opinion works better. this means you leave your native resolution set to 1080p in obs and use the downscale function.
