How can i fix the game capture screen was freeze

How to fix game capture,When I open game window the obs is working normally but when i folding the game window and see obs screen the game capture screen was freeze.but the sound is normally.

I don't really know. I have the same problem just that my obs recordings are choppy but my game doesn't lag
