You could try turning off the Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduler

Though really you shouldn't be using to captures in a scene You have a Display Capture and Game Capture This is going to cause a conflict and issues
Change that and post a new log

I recommend fixing
- Audio input devices at 2 different sampling rates
Have you tried testing with one or both of these 2 disabled
