How about the encoding overload do u kno anything about that keeps popping up on my obs when I’m streaming

You could try turning off the Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduler

Though really you shouldn't be using to captures in a scene You have a Display Capture and Game Capture This is going to cause a conflict and issues
Change that and post a new log
