Question / Help Hotkeys not working

Hello,

Since 1 Week my Hotkeys are not working when a Game is in front. I have always to get OBS in front that it works.

Does anyone know that problem and a solution?

With OBS Multiplatform it did work for 1 day.. now it's not working again :( its different on what programm / game i use. So any idea? has it todo with windows 8.1?
