Question / Help Hotkeys missing/not loading every time

So sometimes I have noticed that my hotkeys do not always load in set or are missing the field where I have set hotkeys.

Primary example is the Start and stop stream my only 2 hotkey options that are set. I can not consistently replicate it either.

Basically I open obs as admin hotkey options are not there for start and stop stream at all.
Close obs
Reopen as admin the options are there now for the start and stop, but they are not filled in.
Close obs
Reopen again as admin and they are normally there and usable.

Run as admin or not doesn't seem to make a difference. About the 3rd time reopening they show up. That is when it does this. Logs look the same as far as I can tell. Comparing the log files after closing

Hotkeys work fine as long as they show up in the settings.

Anyone else having this issue?

I have searched.

Also just finished a stream and had hotkeys at the start. At the end I did not have the either of the 2 hotkeys i had set for start and stop streaming even showing in obs.

Could there be an issue with using CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+NUM(+) dont think its showing any diff between number row + and numpad + though.

It happened again at end of stream no start or stop hot keys for streaming available. Used the start one to start the stream.

Two more streams that end with no start or stop streaming hot keys by the end. No other hot keys in obs are configured.

Any suggestions on what I can try to fix this. I have looked at post going back many a versions.

Which still has a bug open https://obsproject.com/mantis/view.php?id=508 for the same issue.

Well it's not huge issue more annoying than anything.
