Hotkeys do not interact with OBS in any game, but recording works if done manually.

Had other issues using OBS in Windows 11 along side some game troubles so moved to Linux full time. Now hot keys don;t work...

you could try the "OBS Controller" app and control your OBS with your phone

It includes a Linux binary. I've never used wayland so no idea if it will work but worth a try.
