This is a minor but yet annoying bug in the OBS Studio (0.13.4).
Hotkeys gets captured by the OBS Studio application even when it is not an active (or current) application.
How to reproduce the bug:
1. Open OBS Studio
2. Assign hotkeys if none assigned yet.
3. Go to another application, for example, Notepad and press some keys that is the same as one of the assigned hotkeys in OBS Studio.
Expected behavior:
1. Keys will be read only by the active application (in this case, Notepad)
Actual behavior:
1. Notepad captures the shortcut key and OBS Studio in the background also captures the hotkey.
Machine Specs:
HP Laptop, I3 4th Gen Processor, 4gb RAM, Windows 8.1
