I have two problems. The first one exists longer, but it never bothered me that much.
The second one is more important to be solved. So here it comes.
1. The hotkeys for "Start Streaming" and "Stop Streaming" disappear from the hotkey tab in Settings sometimes. After a restart of OBS they often come back.
2. Since the 14.2 update the CBR option doesn't seem to work any longer. No matter what I am choosing from the drop down menu "Rate Control", everytime it leads into VBR.
