I'm not able to get OBS to receive hotkey keyboard events that are fired from other applications, but if fire the hotkey events using my keyboard they work fine. Has anyone had any luck with this? I read that windows has some UIPI protections to prevent applications that run at a lower integrity level from seeing events from apps at a higher integrity level, but I've made sure that OBS is running at the same level as the triggering app. I've tested this on Windows Server 2012/2016 and Windows 10 and none of them seem to allow cross application hotkeys.
