Hotkey-textboxes are too small

When using a German locale, the textbox is almost filled when only pressing Ctrl+Shift ("STRG+ UMSCHALT").

But when trying to make sure that a hotkey isn't messing with other programs, using something convoluted like Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F12 is filling the textbox completely.

The settings-window is big enough and there's a lot of empty space, so there's no point in unnecessary space-saving.

From my understanding that is a limitation on the way the UI was done in the first place, the rewrite of obs will be way better in that regard so that jim can adjust stuff like that very easy.
