Question / Help hotkey issue

Bit of a strange issue that just started to occur.
I'm able to start my streams but can not use my hot key to stop the stream.
I have been using these settings without a problem but this last week it just started.


I have my start/stop stream both set to be = hotkey.
record start/stop null.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

If the hotkey isn't working outside of OBS, you may need to run OBS as administrator. This is an issue with windows and hotkeys primarily.

If it's not that, then are you just saying that the stop stream hotkey isn't working?
